Studies in the Creative Arts Therapies have shown that coloring can help reduce anxiety and overall stress, provide a form of active mindfulness meditation, and boost mood. Plus, it’s just plain fun to color!

Join your fellow coloring enthusiasts every Saturday morning for an enjoyable start to the weekend. Bring your coloring page/book and art media, or choose from our variety of coloring, drawing and painting materials, including a selection of new coloring books for sale in our Studio Gallery.
Our staff will be on hand to help if you have specific questions about a piece you’re working on, or if you’d like to branch out and try a different type of art media.
