Feel free to sit back in a provided chair or bring whatever you need to lie down comfortably – yoga mats, blankets, pillows, or anything that helps you fully unwind. We invite you to let go, tune in, and trust this safe, nurturing environment to support you as you experience the unique frequencies of sound and light.
